As a Value Added Distributor (VAD), we support our partners in the whole sales process. Our role begins at the presales stage, in which we provide resellers with our technical knowledge and experience. Our sales engineers coordinate and supervise all presales activities, including a technical presentation for new and current clients.
Implementations are the core added value to our offer. Our focus on narrow product portfolio and specialization in the area, allows us to deliver implementation services on the highest possible level. Each of the products in our offer is supported and implemented by dedicated engineers
Delivery of the solution without proper training of designated staff may be the cause for many problems after the implementation phase. For correct utilization of the system, knowledge transfer is necessary. That’s why we pay so much attention to deliver not only the solution but also adequate training.
Given how important is maintaining the IT systems and ensuring its continuity, we offer to our clients additional support services. In support delivery, our implementation engineers are involved, so we know the context of the infrastructure while providing help.
